Reward Rules

These Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Terms”) govern all access to and participation in the Extreme Pizza Rewards Program (the “Program”), a promotional program sponsored by Extreme Pizza (“Extreme Pizza”, “we” and “us”), and offered as a benefit to our customers who register for the Program (each, a “Member” or “you”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM MUST BE RESOLVED BY ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND MAY NOT BE ARBITRATED OR OTHERWISE PURSUED AS A CLASS ACTION.

Extreme Pizza reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time without notice to you, by posting a revised version of the Terms on this website (www.extremepizza.com/rewards-information). Any changes will be effective prospectively as of the date noted in the upper left-hand corner when the updated Terms are posted. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to be aware of any such changes.
Extreme Pizza’s offers through Extreme Pizza Rewards® are conditioned upon your acceptance and compliance with these rules, along with the following:
- The Honeycomb Program terms and conditions posted at http://revention.com/hungerrush/terms-of-use;
- Revention’s privacy policy, posted at http://revention.com/hungerrush/privacy-policy;
- Extreme Pizza’s terms of use posted at http://www.extremepizza.com/terms-of-use; and
- Extreme Pizza’s privacy policy posted at http://www.extremepizza.com/privacy-policy.
We may also have other terms and conditions for a particular incentive or promotion that will be posted as appropriate. If you don’t think you can accept or comply with these rules, then please do not join Extreme Pizza Rewards®. You can still enjoy our Signature Pizzas and take advantage of our many other coupons and promotions. Either way, thanks for being an Extreme Pizza customer.
This does not impact alter or changes the rules or terms and conditions of any other agreements you may have with us, such as our gift cards.
Definitions and Eligibility
You must be an individual and 18 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in the Program. Corporations, charities, associations or other entities may not participate in the Program.
“Extreme Pizza, “we”, “us”, or “our” collectively refers to Extreme Pizza, its subsidiaries, franchisees and affiliates.
“Rules” means the rules, terms, conditions and regulations which govern Extreme Pizza Rewards®.
“You” or “your” means the person registering for or participating in Extreme Pizza Rewards®.
“Extreme Pizza Rewards®” means the loyalty program we voluntarily provide for you whereby customers earn points by making Qualifying Purchases; once a certain number of points have accumulated, customers earn rewards, which can be redeemed for menu items, discounts and other offers at participating Extreme Pizza’s locations, in accordance with these Rules. These menu items and rewards are designated by the Sponsor from time to time and are subject to change.
“Extreme Points™” means the points you can earn by making Qualifying Purchases or which may be awarded to you from time to time in our sole discretion.
Extreme Pizza reserves the right to approve, deny or revoke your membership in the Program at any time, for any or no reason, in our sole discretion.
There is no fee to sign up for the Program (but, as set forth below, qualifying purchases are required in order to earn points and Rewards under the Program).
“Qualifying Purchases” means Completed Orders placed under an Account for menu items with a pre-tax subtotal of $1.00 or more after any coupons have been applied, and excluding delivery fees, taxes, tips, donations, bottle deposits, merchandise, promotional items, gift cards, gift certificates, and similar programs. Menu items are limited to food and beverages and include catering menu items.
“Completed Order” means an order placed at a participating Extreme Pizza restaurant where payment has been tendered by you and which has not been cancelled, reversed, voided, refunded, or otherwise compensated or discounted.
Orders from third-party delivery services such as Uber Eats, Postmates, DoorDash, Caviar, Grubhub, etc. are excluded from this program. No points will accumulate from orders placed with 3rd party delivery companies.
Additional points may be made available through special promotional offers (such as social media related offers), which will be subject to any additional terms and conditions set forth in the promotional offer.
“Account” means your registered account with us through which you create a user profile by providing us with certain information, such as your email address, home address, and full name, and which allows you to place orders at participating Extreme Pizza restaurants, store credit card information, view information pertaining to Extreme Pizza Rewards® and more. We may change the parameters necessary to maintain an account at any time or how you are permitted to redeem Extreme Points via Rewards through your account or otherwise.
“Rewards” means a menu item or percentage discount, as determined by us, you earn when you’ve accumulated a specified number of Extreme Points™, and which may be redeemed by using a Reward Code.
“Reward Code” means the Account-specific code provided to you through Extreme Pizza Rewards® which may be used to apply a Reward to an order at participating Extreme Pizza restaurant.

What Is Extreme Pizza’s Limitation of Liability Concerning Extreme Pizza Rewards®?
Extreme Pizza, its affiliates, subsidiaries, Franchise Owners, and promotional and advertising agencies are not responsible for any printing or computer error, omission, interruption, irregularity, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of Extreme Pizza Rewards® materials or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of Extreme Pizza Rewards® information due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, at any web site or any combination thereof.
By participating in Extreme Pizza Rewards®, you accept all responsibility for, and hereby release and agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless, along with our respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, promotion and advertising agencies, assigns, service providers, Franchise Owners, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and successors, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise from actions taken by you and/or your participation in Extreme Pizza Rewards®, or for any harm or injury caused by any third party.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL WE, AND OUR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS AND INDEPENDENTLY OWNED AND OPERATED FRANCHISE OWNERS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN EXTREME PIZZA REWARDS® OR ANY PURCHASED ITEM, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE FOREGOING OR ANY OF THEIR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SUCH EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF WE, SPONSOR, OR OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS IMPROPERLY DENY YOU ANY REWARD, LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE EQUIVALENT FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE REWARD. BY PARTICIPATING IN EXTREME PIZZA REWARDS®, YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM OR ACTION RELATED TO SUCH MATTERS IN ANY FORUM BEYOND ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE FIRST OCCURRENCE OF THE KIND OF ACT, EVENT, CONDITION OR OMISSION UPON WHICH THE CLAIM OR ACTION IS BASED.
Extreme Pizza Rewards® Statements & Program Updates
You can check your Extreme Points™ balance, Account activity, redemption and program information on the status page of your Account. When you order using our mobile app, the Extreme Pizza Rewards™ section will provide you an update showing your most-current Extreme Points™ balance.
Points earned on a qualifying transaction will general show up in your account within 24 hours.
As you may know, Extreme Pizza started almost 25 years ago and has approximately 40 restaurants across the United States. We franchise to great, hardworking people (“Franchise Owners”) who want to share in the “extreme dream” of selling our great pizza and lifestyle. All our restaurants are independently owned and/or operated.
Extreme Pizza Rewards® is a loyalty rewards program that allows us to thank our awesome customers for their repeat business. It is sponsored by Extreme Pizza which is solely responsible for administering, operating, and sponsoring Extreme Pizza Rewards®. When you make Qualifying Purchases using an Account, you accumulate Extreme Points™ that can be redeemed for Rewards, such as menus items, at participating Extreme Pizza’s locations.
For a variety of reasons, some of our Franchise Owners may not always participate in every program that we set up for the Extreme Pizza system, so you may not be able to earn or redeem Extreme Points™ or Rewards at every independently owned and operated Extreme Pizza restaurant.
After you accumulate 100 Extreme Points™ in your Account, you will receive a Reward. Our current Reward is 25% off your next order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the Reward Code to activate. You will receive an email notifying you that you’ve received your Reward and your Reward Code will appear on the status page of your Account. Please add noreply@extremepizza.com to your Contacts or Address Book to ensure that emails we send you aren’t flagged as spam.
Use your Reward on your next order from Extreme Pizza, or save it for later. Only one reward may be redeemed per order.
In the future, there may be additional or other Rewards available for a limited time and/or limited to select restaurant locations. We will provide the specific rules, terms and conditions of any other Rewards or offers at such time.
When you join Extreme Pizza Rewards®, you get $5 off a $20 order as our way of saying thank you.
You then get 1 Extreme Point™ for every dollar spent.
Ordering online (including our mobile app) is the easiest way to place an order and earn Extreme Points. However, we know that sometimes ordering online isn’t always a choice, so you may now earn Extreme Points for online, walk-in and phone Qualifying Orders. Please note that if you’re making a Qualifying Purchase in-store or over the phone, you’ll need to let a team member know at the beginning of the order process that you’re a member of Extreme Pizza Rewards® so they can associate your Account with your order. Otherwise, you may not receive Extreme Points for this order.
Your Account is limited to earning 230 Extreme Points™ per 24 hours, regardless of how many Qualifying Purchases you make. You can only earn Extreme Points™ from and after the date that you create an Account and agree to these Rules. At this time, you cannot receive Extreme Points™ on past orders.
In the future, there may be additional or other ways for you to get Extreme Points™ through special promos and offers. These offers may only be available for a limited time and may be limited to select restaurant locations. Sponsor will provide the specific rules, terms and conditions of any offers at such time.
You’ll receive an email letting you know when you’ve earned a Reward, along with a Reward Code. Additionally, your Reward Code will appear on the status page of your Account.
To redeem your Reward online, simply log in to your Account and add the designated Reward (currently 25% off your next order) to your cart, no additional purchase required. Then, enter your Reward Code in the promo code text box. Your cart will reflect that the Reward Code has been properly applied. When you place an order redeeming a Reward, additional menu items, taxes, delivery fees, additional toppings and tips are extra and your responsibility. Other coupons, offers and promotions may also have restrictions.
To redeem your Reward in-store or over the phone, make sure you let a team member know at the beginning of your order that you are a member of Extreme Pizza Rewards® and want to redeem a Reward. Place the rest of your order and enjoy!
Since Reward Codes are unique and account-specific, please refrain from sharing them, as they will only work with your Account while logged in.
Signing up for Extreme Pizza Rewards® is easy.
To join Extreme Pizza Rewards®, you must have an Account with us.
Please note that, at this time, you are unable to sign up for Extreme Pizza Rewards® in stores. This feature is limited to our mobile app and website.
If you haven’t done so already, download the Extreme Pizza’s mobile app through the App Store or Google Play, select “Create a Profile” and follow the prompts, making sure to check the box to join Extreme Pizza Rewards® when completing your profile.
If you already have an Account, sign in using your email address and password, select “Settings”, select “Profile”, check the box to join Extreme Pizza Rewards®, and select “Update” to save this information.
If you already have an Account, sign in using your email address and password and build your order. You will be automatically prompted at checkout to join Extreme Pizza Rewards®.
If you don’t have an Account, click here, complete your new account information, making sure to check the box to join Extreme Pizza Rewards® before selecting “Register Now”.

You can have more than one Account, but please note that you will not be able to merge Accounts or transfer Extreme Points™ or Rewards from one Account to another.
Who Can Join Extreme Pizza Rewards®?
- You must be a natural person (and at least eighteen (18) years old
- You must be a legal resident of the United States
- You must provide accurate account information, including your full name, address and email address
- There can be only one person per email address per Extreme Pizza Rewards® Account, whether or not more than one person uses the same email address.
- Corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and/or other entities cannot be enrolled as members in Extreme Pizza Rewards®
- Employees of Franchise Owners are eligible to sign up for Extreme Pizza Rewards®, however, any purchases made through an employee discount program are not eligible to receive Extreme Points™.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to change, modify, alter, amend, delete or otherwise update Accounts, Extreme Pizza Rewards®, these Rules, Reward Codes, Rewards, Extreme Points™, or other benefits or offers of Extreme Pizza Rewards™ at any time, which may be effective immediately. If a change is made, Sponsor will endeavor to provide you notice of such change through your Account by requiring you check a box to accept such change. If you do not agree with such change or check the box, you will no longer be a participant in Extreme Pizza Rewards™. Unless otherwise stated, the Rules in effect at the time of your Qualifying Purchase will apply. Such changes may include: (i) the number of Extreme Points™, Rewards, or other benefits earned on or after the date of change; (ii) the value of already accumulated Extreme Points™, Rewards or other benefits; or (iii) the rules, terms and conditions that govern Extreme Points™, Rewards or other benefits earned on or after the date of change and change the value of already accumulated Extreme Points™ or Rewards.
If you decide to stay in Extreme Pizza Rewards® after a change is made, that will constitute your agreement and acceptance of any changes of these Rules.
- Extreme Points™ are part of Extreme Pizza Rewards® and accumulate when you make Qualifying Purchases.
- Extreme Points™ and Rewards are generally added to your Account within 24 hours, but we cannot warranty or guarantee this. From time to time, there may be technical difficulties with Extreme Pizza Rewards® which result in a delay of Extreme Points™ or Rewards appearing in or being deducted from your Account.
- Extreme Points™ and Rewards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
- Extreme Points™ and Rewards cannot be sold, assigned or transferred in any way.
- Being granted or provided with Extreme Points™ or Rewards does not entitle you to any right of ownership or other vested rights. Extreme Points™ and Rewards are not the property of any member of Extreme Pizza Rewards®. This means you cannot sell, pledge, assign or transfer Extreme Points™, Rewards or your Account under any circumstances, including, without limitation, by operation of law, upon death, or in connection with any domestic relations dispute and/or legal proceeding. This also means that your Account, Rewards or Extreme Points™ cannot be attached, seized, or levied upon.
- Rewards cannot be used to make you eligible for any other offer. By way of example, if there is an offer to get a Twisted Sticks® with the purchase of any medium pizza, the Reward can’t be used to get the free Twisted Sticks®.
- If you have any Extreme Points™™ or Rewards remaining in your Account after it is closed or deleted for any reason, then the Extreme Points™ and Rewards are forfeited and you will not be compensated. Sponsor has no obligation to carry over Extreme Points™ or Rewards to any other programs that may be established.
- Void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
- We can audit your Account(s) at any time and without notice in order to ensure compliance with these Rules. If we believe in good faith that the audit shows discrepancies or violations, we may restrict, suspend, delay processing of Extreme Points™, Rewards, or other benefits or delete your Account. During an investigation, we may suspend the Account of a member without notice.
- We can adjust the number of Extreme Points™ or Rewards in your Account at any time and without notice if we discover that Extreme Points™ or Rewards were added to or removed from your Account in error or due to technical difficulties, whether or not we are at fault for such error or technical difficulties.
- Once Extreme Points™ are converted to a Reward and once a Reward is redeemed with a Reward Code, these transactions are final and we are unable to credit, replace or replenish Extreme Points™ or Rewards for any reason. This includes situations in which you may be dissatisfied with our product or service and canceling an order or requesting a refund
Our Franchise Owners have no control over Accounts, so please make sure to check out our FAQs or contact us instead of your local Extreme Pizza’s restaurant and we will get back with you within two business days. Make sure to have your proof of purchase when you contact us. We are here to help.
You can opt out of Extreme Pizza Rewards® by unchecking the box to join Extreme Pizza Rewards® within your Account profile and selecting “Update” to save this information. Once you opt out of Extreme Pizza Rewards®, you will not be able to retrieve or use any Extreme Points or Rewards that may have accumulated.
Sponsor may in its sole discretion remove your Account from Extreme Pizza Rewards® if it believes that fraudulent activity is or may be occurring in your Account or:
- You are deceased
- You do not respond to repeated communication attempts regarding the status of your Account
- You reside or relocate to a state where membership is prohibited by law
In lieu of termination, Sponsor may in its sole discretion deduct Extreme Points™ or Rewards from your Account, but permit you to continue participating in Extreme Pizza Rewards™.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for Extreme Pizza Rewards®, accumulation of and redemption of Extreme Points™ or Rewards, or your compliance with these Rules will be resolved by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
If you decide to join Extreme Pizza Rewards®, then you also are agreeing that any dispute, claim, or cause of action you may have will be governed by the laws of the State of California and will be under the jurisdiction of the appropriate venue in the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, terms and conditions (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of California. Except where prohibited by law, if you have a dispute, claim, or cause of action arising directly or indirectly from Extreme Pizza Rewards®, then you agree that your claim cannot be part of a class action lawsuit.
If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be severed from the remainder of these Rules, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any portion of these Rules does not affect or waive Sponsor’s right to enforce such Rules at any time. Additionally, Sponsor’s failure to enforce any portion of these Rules does not constitute a waiver to enforce any other portion of these Rules, at any time.

Privacy:
Any personal information collected about you through the Program, including without limitation any information about you collected through your engagement with the Program, will be governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.extremepizza.com/privacy-policy , which is incorporated by this reference into these Terms.
Miscellaneous:
All Federal, State, or other tax liabilities (if any) arising from your access to or participation in the Program are your responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms will limit Extreme Pizza from exercising any legal rights or remedies that we may have.
These Terms shall be the sole terms of the agreement between you and Extreme Pizza regarding your access to or participation in the Program, except that to the extent you access or use any of our websites, such use shall also be subject to our website terms of use available at www.extremepizza/termsofuse.
