Extreme Pizza® will assist you in obtaining a qualified real estate professional who will know your market and your specific needs. We will then work with your real estate agent by sharing site selection criteria for an Extreme Pizza store. After a site is found, we will then visit the site, examine the dynamics of the market and give your assessment. Once an area or location has been approved by Extreme Pizza, we will help you with certain negotiating points with your Landlord. Prior restaurant conversions are certainly welcome and offer significant cost reductions.
Q. Will Extreme Pizza provide financing?
Unfortunately we cannot provide loans to prospective franchises. Extreme Pizza has several third-party SBA, 401K and Unsecured lenders to whom we send our qualified franchisees.
Q. What is the initial franchise fee?
The Extreme Pizza® fee structure favors the multi-unit developer. The initial franchise fee schedule is as follows: $30,000 for first location, $20,000 for your second location, $15,000 for your third and each additional location when signed at the same time. The fee is due upon the signing of the Franchise Agreement.
