EXTREME
PIZZA GENERAL MANAGERS:
Training
- Developing
your selected or recruited personnel
- Managing
fast paced shifts (usually 9 hours)
- Maintaining
customer and team member relations (community involvement)
- Supervising
all aspects of facility maintenence
- Upholding
product standards and specifications
- Evaluate
new products, promotions
- Preparing
payroll, food cost reports and other various management reports
- Preparing
employee schedules, vacations and reviews
- Auditing
receipts and invoices, which then are transferred to our central
accounting department
- Performing
closing procedures, directs his/her team to perform their duties
- Recording
any conflicts, suggestions or comments so the team as a whole
can make effective and efficient decisions
Time Requirements
- Typically
50 hours per week
- Weekends
during peak business hours
- Mid-week
schedule days off are common
- Hire and
train effectively to enhance your time on and time off
